Hummel Properties Inc. (HPI) is a real estate land development company, that develops land in and around the Niagara Region. HPI was created in 1984 by Rainer Hummel, a German-rooted immigrant who has lived in Niagara-on-the-Lake since the age of 3.

Through the years, HPI has worked on various commercial and residential developments in the Niagara Region, from new developments to heritage restorations, and has had a pivotal impact on the community with innovative solutions to development and land-use. As a team, we continue to strive to make Niagara home for all whom wish to reside here, and give back to the community.
